Clean, bright. Cherry red colour with a garnet rim. On the nose, notes of toast and vanilla. Ripe red fruit jam characteristic of the area. Very well blended. Spicy notes (cinnamon), hints of cedar. Complex and structured on the palate. Sensation of volume on the palate. Long finish. Hints of dried fruit (walnut).

Pair with vine shoot chops; Chicken stew; Sirloin steak with Roquefort sauce; Ravioli stuffed with veal; Grilled entrecote; Tuna with caramelised onion; Steak Tartar; Truffled pasta with reduced meat sauce; Cod with peppers; Baked sea bream.
