Clean and bright on the palate. Cherry red colour with ruby evolution. Intense on the nose. Aromas of ripe fruit well accompanied by toasted and sweet notes from the barrel. Homogeneous on the palate. Enveloping. Pleasant, well-integrated tannin. Very long finish. Reminiscent of liquorice and toasted notes.

To pair with Tandoori-style quail with sultana couscous and caramelised onion, beef dim sum, vegetable wok, aubergine lasagna, roast chicken with vegetables, not too spicy chicken fajitas, pesto pasta, Sicilian meatballs.
