18 months in American oak barrels. Fermentation temperature 28ºC.

Clean, bright, cherry red colour developing to ruby. Good intensity, complex, with hints of mature fruit (such as cranberries, rapsberries, blackcurrants, black cherries,…), perfectly assambled with light sweet and toasted notes. Floral notes background.

Round and fresh, well balanced, intense, good acidity that leads to a long finish. Sweet and spicy nuances reappear. Long finish, vainilla hints.
